Start with one client.

Here’s how it works today, from adding a business to working in it together.

  1. Add the client

Search for the business by name, or add it by hand. SMB fills in the public details and a first estimate of what it’s worth. Nothing changes for the owner yet.

  2. Send your link

Copy the owner’s claim link and send it however you like. Your estimate goes with it.

  3. The owner says yes

The owner claims the business. Once SMB checks the claim, they accept working with you in their settings.

  4. Work together

You and the owner work in the same place. The owner can remove your access any time.

SMB does the prep. You do the advising.

Ask for the prep in plain words. SMB gets it ready for each client, so you start where your expertise matters.

Questions advisors ask.

What kinds of advisors is SMB for?

Accountants, bookkeepers, business brokers, financial advisors, attorneys, lenders and others who help small business owners. SMB does the prep for each client, so your time goes to the advice.

Can I start before the owner joins?

Yes. Add the business and work from its public details. The owner’s private records stay private until they claim the business and say yes to working with you.

Does SMB replace my professional judgment?

No. SMB does the prep. You give the advice, reach the conclusions and sign off where your profession requires it.

What happens when an engagement ends?

The owner can remove your access any time. Agree up front on what you’ll hand back and which records you need to keep.

What does it cost?

Each SMB plan lists what it includes on the Pricing page.
