What if I add someone mid-month?
You pay for the rest of the month for that person, and their share of credits is added right away.
What are credits?
Credits pay for the work SMB does for you, like research, making files and jobs in your connected apps. Free includes $5 each month. Plus includes $20 per person, shared by your team.
Do unused monthly credits roll over?
No. Monthly credits start fresh each month. Credits you buy never expire.
What if I run out?
Check what’s left anytime under Usage in SMB’s menu. Buy more whenever you need, on either plan. Credits you buy never expire.
Do Bestimates use credits?
No. Value any business as often as you like, in SMB, through the API or in your AI tool.
Does the API use credits?
Basic business details are free. Extra fields, like a business’s phone number or website, use credits, priced per 1,000 businesses. You only pay for fields that come back filled in. Data & API
Who counts as a teammate?
Anyone you add to your workspace. Free covers 1 or 2 people. People you share with, like buyers, lenders or your CPA, don’t count and never pay.
