Sponsor SMB for the owners you serve.

With Community Coverage, your organization covers SMB for a group of businesses. Owners get the help. You see what it changed, without opening anyone’s books.

How Community Coverage works.

One agreement sets who can join, what’s included, what it costs and how long it lasts.

  1. Choose who it’s for

Your members, the businesses in an area, or a group with a start and end date.

  2. Agree on the details

Who can join, what’s included, what it costs and how long it lasts. Owners should know if they pay anything, and when.

  3. Invite owners

Each owner decides whether to join, sets their own goals and chooses who helps.

  4. See what helped

Your report shows who joined, what they worked on and what helped. Small groups are combined so no one stands out.

Everyone knows their part.

Sponsoring, advising and owning a business are different jobs.

  • Your organization

Chooses who’s eligible, funds the access, invites owners and names a program contact.

  • Each owner

Decides whether to join, what to work on, who to invite and what to share.

  • SMB

Provides the access, support and reporting agreed in your coverage terms.

Questions sponsors ask.

Does a sponsor see owners’ private records?

No. Sponsoring coverage doesn’t open an owner’s books, messages, documents or plans. Reports are combined, and small groups are combined or left out so no one stands out.

What does Community Coverage cost?

It’s agreed for each program, based on who’s covered, what’s included and for how long. Don’t assume an owner plan’s price is the program price.

Who decides whether an owner qualifies?

The program terms name who can join and who checks it. They should also say how unclear cases, waitlists and reviews are handled.

What happens when coverage ends?

Agree on this up front: how much notice owners get, what stops, and how they can keep going on their own if they want to.

What if an owner is outside the program?

They can still use SMB on their own or find other local help. Not qualifying for a program doesn’t say anything about other support.

Tell SMB about your program.

SMB asks who you serve, the area you cover and what you want to learn, then shows what’s possible.
